News: new developments for Meltham Mills in the works

Creating units of the highest quality isn’t a part-time job – our renovations are from the ground up to ensure that our tenants receive the highest quality builds and service.

And we really do mean ground up – as you can see by the overhaul we’ll be undertaking on one of our units within the next few weeks.

We’re demolishing Unit E1 at Meltham Mills to create a newly developed yard area that will provide our tenants with more space and security.

 

More about the unit

The unit itself is situated just off the Meltham Mills Road, around 0.75 miles from the centre of Meltham and approximately 4.5 miles from Huddersfield, making it an ideal central location in the Yorkshire area.

Creating the perfect unit takes time, knowledge and professionalism to ensure a tenant receives a property that’s up to par.

We aim to fulfil these key areas when we’re improving a property:

  1. Create greater security – the automated security gates we’re implementing is a great example. We make sure all our properties are entirely secure for all tenants.
  2. High-quality interiors – all of our properties are clean and in an exemplary state of repair.
  3. Great for tenants and their clients – from a huge number of parking spaces to a convenient location, every unit we let is perfect for our tenants’ business needs.
