We’re pleased to share that all five of our commercial sites are now fully let – a significant milestone for Towndoor and a clear sign of the strength and resilience of the commercial property market here in Yorkshire.

Across warehouse and industrial space, offices, trade counters, cafes, and nurseries, every available unit is now occupied. It’s the result of sustained demand, proactive asset management, and a continued focus on delivering high-quality, well-maintained spaces that meet the needs of today’s businesses.

Behind the scenes, we’ve completed a number of major refurbishment and improvement works to accommodate this growth, including:

  • Splitting larger warehouse units to suit multiple occupiers
  • Bespoke ancillary office builds tailored to tenant requirements
  • Significant HV electrical upgrades to improve resilience across our estates
  • Enhanced security measures, including updated access control and CCTV
  • Surface and drainage improvements to external areas and yards

All of this reflects our hands-on approach , we don’t just react, we reinvest and plan ahead to support our tenants and our sites.

Market Confidence and What’s Next

This fully-let milestone is a strong sign of confidence in both Towndoor and the wider West Yorkshire commercial property market. While some parts of the UK are seeing hesitancy or stagnation, we’re experiencing the opposite, steady growth, renewed investment, and increasing demand for well-managed, flexible space.

And we’re not stopping here.

Later this year, we’re also preparing to welcome more fantastic businesses who are already lined up to take on space that will become available through planned tenant relocations. It’s a natural cycle of growth, and one that keeps our portfolio dynamic and full of life.
