This project involved stripping back the old asbestos roof and replacing it with a new twin-skin insulated steel sheet cladded roof with new rooflights. This gives the tenant a bright workspace to utilise and reduces the need for heating and light, significantly improving the EPC rating of the property.
The refurbishment works were successfully completed by our trusted contractor, Jacamast Structureclad.
