We first of all improved the roof of the building by insulating and over cladding the existing steel with an additional steel clad skin, and replaced all the roof lights to better improve the natural lighting.

Internally, the refurbishment consisted of: the replacement of all pedestrian access doors with steel hinged sets, new automatic roller shutter, shot blasting the floors and walls, re-decoration, full re-wire, and LED lighting overhaul to include new LED UFO low-bay lights in the warehouse and panel lights incorporated in the new suspending ceiling within the store room area.

This refurbishment gave the property a whole new lease of life for the incoming tenant who was very happy with the finished product.
