After almost 3 years with us, we are thrilled to feature another brilliant tenant in the spotlight – Alliance Community Home Care! We recently caught up with Laura Hirst, director of Alliance, to find out more about the wonderful work they do and how their tenancy with Towndoor has helped their business to thrive.

Who is Alliance Community?

“Alliance Community Home Care (ACHC) is an industry leading and innovative domiciliary care company. Our mission is to provide individual client centred care, reassurance to those in need of support whilst encouraging independence within their own homes. ACHC will contribute to the health and wellbeing of those individuals in our care, by providing the best possible service to every client through integrated practice, education, and research.

Regulated and governed by the CQC (Care Quality Commission), Alliance Community Home Care offers a bespoke range of services that are tailored to meet the individuals’ needs and allow people to remain as independent as possible in their own homes. Our range of services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.”

What is their mission?

“Our biggest mission is to make our care team happy, set and maintain the highest standards of care provision for all our clients, and ultimately provide the best possible care and support tailored to the clients’ individual requirements and needs. Our services enable people to live safely at home, in their own communities and remain as independent as possible with the support of our team of highly skilled carers. As well as supporting individuals to complete daily living tasks and activities, we encourage people to remain as independent as possible, achieve their personal goals and to fully engage in the services available within their local community.

Our designated office and training facilities are based in the local village of Meltham (Holmfirth). Our care staff and clients are our main focus. We aim to achieve the best possible outcomes for each individual client and also ensure we deliver the highest quality of care with compassion, respect and dignity to all our clients. We support our care team fully, providing ongoing training programmes, and ensure they have every opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills in order to deliver and maintain the highest possible standards of care.

Alliance Community Home Care is proud of our gold standard training programmes for all our staff, which allows us to deliver an outstanding service tailored to our individual clients needs and wishes. In order to maintain our high standards of care provision we continue to develop our staff through training programmes, we implement client satisfaction surveys and care auditing, which ultimately enables us to shape and develop our service in order to strive for continued quality care.”

“After months of hunting in and around the Holme Valley area to find our forever home for Alliance, we discovered Towndoor – the service from start to now has been impeccable from all staff, and the location is ideal for our ever-growing team. Our space has been designed to suit our needs with office space and an amazing spacious training facility. Towndoor are always only a call away when needed and have a lovely friendly approach to looking after us as tenants. The estate is always in pristine condition, especially with Carlos and his leaf blower! Any issues we have ever had have been swiftly dealt with, and to a high standard. Thank you Towndoor! Over the coming year we will be looking to expand our operations and Towndoor will certainly be our first port of call!”
