We’re pleased to announce some valuable upgrades to Unit N3 & N4 at Meltham Mills Industrial Estate.
In a collaborative effort to create a more comfortable, energy-efficient, and sustainable workspace, we have worked together with Hultafors, our valued tenant and HBS, our trusted electricians to install new LED lighting throughout and a high-efficiency air conditioning system, replacing the old oil boiler. This cost-sharing partnership reflects our shared commitment to improving the quality of the unit while enhancing the building’s Energy Performance Certificate rating.
Enhancing the unit’s EPC rating was a goal for us as landlords. A higher EPC rating means better energy efficiency, reduced environmental impact, and potential cost savings - benefits that align with our mutual interest in a more sustainable and cost-effective workspace. By splitting the cost of these upgrades, we’ve invested together in a greener, more efficient environment for Hultafors business operations.
