Towndoor Ltd’s headquarters are located within the Estate Office at Meltham Mills Industrial Estate which we also share with two office tenants who occupy the ground floor offices of ESB2 & ESB3 and a workshop tenant who occupies ESB Basement.
We installed a brand new Solar Photovoltaic system onto the building in Spring 2022. The system is a 24kw PV system which incorporates panels that span the entire roof surface, two inverters and has a predicted annual generation of 17,000 KWh. We hope that this investment will help off-set the building’s energy usage and assist in our objective of becoming a greener company over the coming years.
The system was installed by our trusted solar PV contractor, Coretech Electrical.
